                HALL RENTALS AS OF JULY 2025 (updated 8/8/2025)


1. Large Hall-seats about 200/240 people with tables and chairs      $600.00


2. Dinning Room-seats 80/90 people with tables and chairs             $400.00

 

3. Conference Room-seats 12/18 people, with tables and chairs       $ TBD


4. Cleaning and damage deposit is refundable provided                  $500.00

   the cleaning policy is complied with and no damage found.

    Conference room deposit is $75.00


4. There will be a charge for the use of the kitchen:                     $100.00

(On a first come, first served basis.)


5. The outside area will also have a charge:                                   $200.00

Unless the large hall is rented then the charge will be:                    $100.00


Reduced prices are available to Post and Auxiliary members

of post 6158 for immediate family events if a member is

In good standing.   


No alcoholic or soft drinks are to be brought on premises.


No admission is to be charged.RENTER AGREES TO PAY A $50.00 AN HOUR  BARTENDER AND UTILITIES FEE IF THEY KEEP HIM OR HER BARTENDER PAST 9:00 P.M. THIS IS ARE REGULAR CLOSING TIME. ANY TIME PAST THIS WILL BE DEDUCTED OUT OF THERE RENTERS DEPOSIT AND MONIES FORFEITED TO THE V.F.W.

VFW POST 6158 RENTAL POLICIES


CLEANING HALLS:

THE FOLLOWING MUST BE COMPLETED NO LATER THAN 9:00P.M.. FOLLOWING THE EVENT:

CHAIRS AND TABLES MUST BE CLEANED AND STACKED AGAINST THE WALLS OR AS DIRECTED BY THE HALL MANAGER.

ALL DECORATIONS MUST BE REMOVED, INCLUDING ATTACHING MATERIAL USED. (NAILS AND STAPLES ARE NOT ALLOWED)

FLOORS MUST BE SWEPT AND ANY LIQUID SPILLS MUST BE WIPED UP.

GARBAGE  MUST BE PLACED IN THE VFW DUMPSTER.

THE KITCHEN MUST BE CLEANED IF IT WAS IN USE.

LITTER MUST BE REMOVED FROM PARKING AREAS AND GROUNDS USED.

RESTROOMS MUST BE SWEPT AND CONTAINERS EMPTIED INTO VFW DUMPSTER.


ADMITTANCE CHARGES OR FEES:

RENTER AGREES NOT TO IMPOSE OR COLLECT ANY ADMITTANCE CHARGES AT THE DOOR OR ENTRANCES LEADING ONTO VFW PROPERTY. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE SHUT DOWN OF THE EVENT AND THE FORFEITURE OF ALL MONIES PAID TO VFW. ANY FIGHTING OR UNLAWFUL ACTIVITIES ALSO APPLY TO THIS RULE.


KITCHEN AND EATING UTENSILS:

ALL UTENSILS NEEDED MUST BE FURNISHED BY RENTER.


ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND SOFT DRINKS:
OCCUPANTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, CANNED OR BOTTLED SOFT DRINKS ONTO VFW PROPERTY. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PURCHASED FROM THE VFW CAN NOT BE TAKEN OUTSIDE THE BUILDING.


CANCELLATION:

RENTER MUST ADVISE THE VFW AT LEAST 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE EVENT DATE IF THE RENTER DESIRES TO CANCEL THE EVENT. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITHIN THE 30 DAYS WILL RESULT IN THE DEFAULT OF THE ENTIRE DEPOSIT. VFW WILL WITHHOLD $50.00 FROM ANY DEPOSITS IF THE RENTER CANCELS THE EVENT FOR ANY REASON.


RENTAL TIMES:

RENTAL TIME ARE FROM 11:0AM UNTIL 9:00PM. UNLESS OTHERWISE WRITTEN. ANY ADDITIONAL TIME MAY RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF DEPOSIT AT $20 PER HOUR.


SECURITY:

IF THE VFW DETERMINES THAT THE PRESENCE OF SECURITY OFFICERS IS WARRANTED, THE RENTER MUST FURNISH THEM AT THE RENTER’S EXPENSE.


CHILDREN:

CHILDREN MUST BE KEPT UNDER CONTROL AT ALL TIMES. THEY ARE NOT PERMITTED TO LOITER OR SIT IN THE BAR AREA OR IN THE PRIVATE AREA SOUTH OF THE VFW BUILDING. IF CHILDREN ARE OF APPROPRIATE AGE, THEY MAY BE PERMITTED IN THE POOL AND SHUFFLE BOARD AREAS, IF THEY ARE DIRECTLY SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT DESIGNATED BY THE RENTER


AFTER HOURS:

RENTER AGREES TO PAY A $25.00 PER HOUR BARTENDER AND UTILITIES FEE IF THEY KEEP THE BARTENDER PAST 9 PM. THIS IS OUR REGULAR CLOSING TIME. THIS FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED OUT OF THE RENTERS DEPOSIT AND FORFEITED TO THE VFW.

 

 EXTRA BARTENDERS
IF AN EVENT BECOMES TOO LARGE AND AN EXTRA BARTENDER IS NEEDED, A $25.00 PER HOUR CHARGE MAY BE TAKEN OUT OF THE RENTER'S DEPOSIT FOR AN EXTRA BARTENDER.
 
GUESTS MUST STAY IN DESIGNATED AREA
THE TERMS OF THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT INCLUDE THE USE OF THE POST FACILITIES RENTED ONLY. RENTERS MAY ALSO USE THE POST CANTEEN, RESTROOMS, SMOKING AREAS, AND PARKING LOT. HOWEVER, THE HALL OR KITCHEN AREA AND/OR THE MEMORIAL PARK AND PAVILION THAT HAVE NOT BEEN EXPRESSLY RENTED AS PART OF THIS AGREEMENT ARE OFF LIMITS TO RENTERS AND THEIR GUESTS. THE RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTROLLING GUESTS SO THAT THEY GENERALLY STAY IN THE AREAS COVERED BY THE RENTAL AGREEMENT. IF POST OFFICIALS NOTE RENTER GUESTS ARE VIOLATING THIS PROVISION, THE RENTER WILL BE ADVISED TO STOP THE PRACTICE AND IF IT CONTINUES, THE OFFENDING GUESTS WILL BE REQUESTED TO LEAVE THE POST. THE RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL MAINTENANCE OR REPAIR COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE UNAUTHORIZED USE OF POST FACILITIES AND IS CAUTIONED THAT THESE COSTS MAY EXCEED THE SECURITY DEPOSIT.
